Saint Laurent du Var, From the Esplanade des Goélands, linking the Cap 3000 shopping centre (more than 300 brand name shops and restaurants) to the Promenade des Flots Bleus as far as the marina, walkers can enjoy an entirely pedestrian area on the seafront, animated by restaurants, pubs and clubs, day and night.

In terms of heritage, the old town, its 11th century Romanesque church and the various exhibitions of the Comité de Sauvegarde du vieux village will take you back in time. The local history is also the culture of citrus fruits and horticulture. Roses, carnations, lemon, orange and olive orchards have given the village a tradition that is still alive.
